The filter does a decent job overall, and the water does look cleaner now, but it took longer than I expected to really see a difference. I also had to rinse it more than I thought I would. When I had questions, I kind of felt passed around a bit before getting a clear answer, which was frustrating. Not a terrible product, just average for me.
